They are very helpful at this location. I have purchased 2 bikes now and had service done once and all of my experiences were very positive. All of the staff is really friendly and they are great with communication. I highly recommend them.
I love the idea of Freewheel bikes and have been impressed by the knowledge of their staff but MAN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT JUST SUCKS TO WORK WITH. They give away a free 100 mile service when you buy a bike but they are only open select times of the week and do not return phone calls or have availability ever. If you bring your bike in unannounced they shame you, if you schedule an appointment it’s a month out and they don’t do reminder calls or email confirmations or anything. I spent $3-4k...
I had my fork replaced here. When I dropped off my bike I found the workers to be quite cold and unfriendly - almost like I was bothering them with my request. Picking up the bike I was met with more kindness than drop off but nothing too special. Overall it seems they do their job but you could probably find a bike shop that is kinder to its customers.
I purchased a bike here back in July, and their staff was incredibly friendly and non-pushy. They allowed me to test ride the bike, and I instantly fell in love with it. I returned for the 100-mile adjustment and also bought a few additional accessories. I highly recommend signing up for their fanatic program.
Freewheel seems to really stand behind their products. I had a pair of Sidi shoes that I accidentally purchased a size to small and they traded them in for the correct size even after I had worn them. I also had a helmet that was slightly dented after it fell on the ground they replaced that as well. I just purchased the Sram AXS shifting from Freewheel. I'm hoping it works great but Freewheel seems to be place to make it right if it doesn't.
