Great service & friendly. Left with a brand new CFMOTO IBEX 450 as a new rider. Asked for a freebie or bigger discount on a helmet after spending over 8k. Said best he could do was a t-shirt. Loved the bike, gotta admit I did look pretty silly riding out with a Starr Cycle shirt wrapped around my head tho. Highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a UBCO hunter edition electric bike from Starr Cycle. I did this remotely since I live in Washington State. The staff and owner were awesome in the process and assisted in shipping my new purchase to my residence. This was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced. We came to Starr Cycle for my son's bday on Saturday. He wanted a helmet and needed a clutch perch. They don't carry his dirt bike brand, but the team went above and beyond to find something that would possibly work. He couldn't find a helmet that day, but he found some other goodies. Do not go here, the service team is pathetic, I asked them to "tune" my motorcycle they did not even though they said they would when making the appointment, they did an oil change, and it leaked oil after, the sales staff is rude and pushy, I have bought a bike from here in the past, but never will again, they lost a sale, I went and purchased private just because of the sales staff. Poor excuse for a dealer.
