The staff at Gateway Cycle is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they always help me get the bikes in/out of my car! Their pricing is reasonable and the repairs are always done well and with care. I especially love that, since I purchased my bike at Gateway Cycle, I get a free tuneup every January in preparation for the Spring/Summer/Fall riding!

I have purchased many bikes from Gateway through the years, including bikes for my children. I even transitioned to an e-bike with their help. I have never been disappointed! I especially appreciate the yearly tune ups. I love that the service is fast! There have been times when I’ve had a problem on the way to a ride and I always feel confident if I stop at Gateway that they will get my bike up and running!!! There is definitely a reason they have been in business so long!!

Absolutely the best bike shop. They have gotten brake issues on my brand new bike fixed under warranty from Trek. The free annual bike tune ups are worth the purchase through Gateway Cycle, saving $100.00 a year or more. Highly recommend and great customer service.
