The staff at BMW Motorcycles of Richfield is great! I bought my motorcycle there new last year (and had a great experience), but this visit was for a warranty service repair so I primarily dealt with Jake in service. I have to travel 2.5 hours to get to their location, and Jake was awesome to work with! I want to Thank Chloe and the entire service team for taking care of my S1000XR and holding the bike for shipping. I found the S1000ZR at another dealer in MN, not BMW, and the service team accepted my bike and brought all services current for me. Salesman Zack is welcoming and engaging. Very willing to provide test rides if needed. When I purchased the motorcycle I also ordered a top box and lock cylinder. The correct top box with central locking arrived by the time I when to pickup the bike. Service installed the lock cylinder and keyed it to the existing motorcycle key.
