Great shop. Responsive, helpful, reasonably priced. Buying a bike through them was great. Customer service is sublime. Recently went in for general maintenance and to get/install some new parts. My bike has reasonably wide tires and needed some particular parts. They researched what would fit, shipped it to the store, and the whole project came in under the anticipated budget. Would recommend without hesitation.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional! I purchased a pair of 45NRTH cycling shoes and the site said that pick up in store only. I took a chance and called. Jason B answered and was incredibly accommodating! First, he told me that he would put "hands on" the shoes to ensure they were in the store. Honest shop. I've never purchased anything and I've never had my bike serviced at this shop. On a cross-country bike trip I stopped in here to have my rear wheel fixed. My rear wheel had had a couple of rear spokes break. The service department assessed the problem and gave their professional opinion of what needed to be done. I finally pulled the trigger on a new Diverge. Bob and crew were very friendly and helpful. Bob took the bike back on the rack and made sure it was ‘ride ready’. Afterwards, I took her out for a 21 mile maiden voyage. She performed flawlessly!! Best small town bike shop in Rochester.
