What a great experience. After purchasing my first e-bike. I was a bit nervous about the ins and outs of how to use my new bike. Brian at this store gave me wonderful customer service. Great experience, highly recommend. Took our bike in on a Sunday for winter tires. Expected 24-48 hour turnaround, but got it back same day! Great price on tires/service annd everyone was friendly and professional. We will be going back to Erik’s from now on.

Very disappointed, purchase skis and bindings and I lived 80 miles away but they would not take the time that day to mount them. So I would need to come back on another day. Another 80 mile round trip. I don't call that very good customer service. Now I'm going to have to pay out of my own pocket to have them mounted elsewhere because the gas and time is not worth it to have them do it. Disappointed in the Rochester store that would not work with me.

Great experience buying a e-bike at Eriks! We worked with Brian at the Rochester store and he was so accommodating he took time to introduce us to their E-bikes and showed us all the different bikes. No pressure at all to buy anything. When we picked up bike he was very helpful in explaining all the features of the bike and took as much time as we needed and answered all our questions. My experience at Erik’s in Rochester, MN was top notch. Brett was helpful and knowledgeable all the way through. He communicated clearly, and his love of the sport of biking was evident. I was disappointed that there was to be an extra charge for shipping of my fenders because that shop didn’t have them.
