This is my 6th or 7th bike purchase here and it has always been a great experience. Prices are always fair and they never try to upsell their products. I look online to see what they have for an inventory and price range. I have an idea of wha to want by the time I actually step foot in the store. I have had no regrets when purchasing from Rochester Cycling and will never hesitate to buy from them again.

The best service in Rochester when buying a bike from somewhere you know will take care of you after the sale. Everyone is always great here and willing to help make sure you are fully satisfied. They sell great bikes, I've rode Trek for many years now and they are good quality bikes worth the money. If you're looking for a new bike I would recommend buying here over anywhere else in the area.

Knowledgeable staff that answered all my questions. They listened to my bike needs and suggested a style. I test drove through the neighborhood before selecting the style I wanted.
