I met three different team members at the location in St Paul. Each one was helpful, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was obvious that the team was very busy with customers in the shop, the phone ringing, and multiple task that needed to be completed. They worked well together, kept calm, and executed each task flawlessly. I appreciate the service they provided and have nothing but great things to say about my overall experience.

Great advice, first-rate service, good communications, and always ready to help. In this case on how to build my dream gravel bike within my set budget. In this case, a custom build based on the Salsa Warbird Carbon frameset. Can't recommend them enough for their measured advice and technical skills, especially given that I needed a lot of advice and help! Used to shop here as a kid, surprised how uninterested the staff was on helping, but to be fair, with the barking dog and other nonsense going on, I was ready to peace out and find a different bike shop. I should have listened to the other bike shops warnings about this location.
