This is a great place to learn more about electric bikes and cargo bikes. Mel and the team were very helpful, patient, and kind. We were never pushed into buying anything that we didn't want or need (and we were there a few times over the past year or so). We finally decided on a bike and just received it, ready to go! With Spring and Summer approaching, we decided to look into a cargo bike that we would be able to ride with our toddler. We we arrived at the store, we were immediately welcomed by Tim and team. They were more than willing to answer all of our questions. From technical questions about the battery to simple questions about wheel sizes. After a quick test drive, the bike sold itself. We are super pumped to use our cargo bike during the warmer seasons.

So helpful! We worked with Mel and they answered all of our (many) questions and let us try all of the models we were curious in. They had helpful advice along the way and we are ordering our first cargo bike (Xtracycle swoop) through the Cargo Bike Shop! It’ll be perfect for our three kiddos and every child enjoyed riding :)
