Tousley service department is Lousley! I had my 2018 Honda Gold wing in for a Honda recalled done. When I got it back the bike was full of greasy finger prints all over it. When it was in I ask to have them check for a slight coolant smell, it wasn’t done and the coolant was low. I ask to make sure the radio/ navigation was up to date, it wasn’t done. I purchase this 2013 Honda Goldwing F6B Deluxe on 06/20/25 from Tousley Motorsports in White Bear Lake. Kevan was my sales person and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Had an awesome experience buying my new snowmobile from Jeff Stanley and team at Tousley Motorsports. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything went perfectly from start to finish. I really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. Dustin also did a great job helping me pic out my accessories. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. Told them if my fix wasn't under warranty. I did not want to do a service on my machine. Well they didn't listen and charged me for the diagnostic and the service. Now I need to pay because they have my machine. If your smart dont go to Tousley. This is the second brand new machine I bought from them never again!!!

I don't recommend ordering a Rammy Snowblower, especially through Tousley. I ordered one in July 2023 and it showed up 3 months late in February 2024. They made me pay higher taxes on it because the tax rate increased even though I purchased it in 2023 and it was supposed to arrive in October/November 2023.
