ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

Quick and timely service. The people were courteous. My only reservation is I wish the staff would have been more conversive about what all their service provided regarding the maintenance on my bike. Otherwise I am completely satisfied.

The staff knows their bikes and accessories inside out! They are all very professional and passionate about biking. We’ve bought bikes and accessories from ERIK’S for years. We always come out of the store knowing how all our products work as they are fantastic with demonstrating how to put things together or working the products we buy. We always go back when we need help with questions and advice. Five star service!

When I got a tax return I went into Erik's and got my son the finest bike they had for my child's size for his Easter present from me. It was over $300, but apparently the name brand justifies. The back peddle brakes made it hard for my son to learn how to ride without training wheels, but his hand brakes eventually became an issue anyways so it was a good thing he had the peddle brake.
