Erik’s customer service is dreadful. I purchased a bike online on 12/22/2025 to pick up in store, and I called customer service to confirm when it would be ready and they said same day or next day. Never heard back, so I called again on 12/23 and spoke with this guy Cameron in customer service who was the absolute rudest customer service person I’ve ever spoken with. I absolutely love the St. Louis Park location! We purchased our e-bikes there about six years ago and I’ve gone back for seasonal cleanup and regular maintenance. The Service Dept is always so insightful, informative and they genuinely care about ensuring that our bikes are safe and ready for us to ride. What a great experience at Eriks Bike shop. My son’s skis had broken and we went to the St Louis Park shop to see if they could help us. Chuck and Dirk recognized immediately that my son was bummed and went above and beyond to find him new equipment at other locations to meet our needs.
