Tad in repair was great. He was respectful and he listened to me. He was persistent in finding the special tire that I need. I was Not so happy with the guy at the front desk who greeted me with “what can I help you with”. He didn’t smile, he didn’t say hello. His demeanor said “don’t go past me into the store.” When I said I was here to pick up my bike, he went and got it as if I couldn’t go back to the repair desk and get it myself. I wanted to check whether the shifter was adjusted right ....

My winter bike had a frozen corroded seat post that I was not able to remove, even with heavy tools. I almost gave up on the bike but thought that I'd give Erik's service a try. They worked it, were able to extract it and cleaned it up nicely, saving both the frame and the seatpost! Nice job! Thanks!

Mechanic was knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. Replaced cassette and chain, new handlebar tape and adjusted derailleurs. Repairs were done quickly at a fair price. Like riding a new bike! Erik’s is always reliable and focused on customer service.

Went in looking for studded tires for my son's bike. They were sold out of the ones I was looking for, but Isaac and Liam helped me find a pair at the Woodbury location and called to have them put on hold. Nice clean store.
