I had my damaged velotric bike repaired here, promptly, accurately and inexpensively. this is a great place - the staff didnt make fun of me for damaging the wiring harness on my bike and had it ready to go quicker and cheaper than I imagined. buy here, service here = this shop is first class and a great representative for the brand!

These guys went way above and beyond. I was test driving the different sizes of the Velotric Summit e-bike.These guys let me take out the Large and Regular to compare. This was quite helpful in making my decision - so I ordered one. I went with the Large. While waiting for it to be shipped and then prepped by Roam, they let me know it was going to be delayed; by several weeks. This was bad news. They decided to let me use their only floor model until mine was ready. This was unexpected...
