ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

So, I stopped into the Woodbury Erik’s Bike Shop this past week and, unfortunately, left feeling quite disappointed with my experience. I worked with the assistant manager, and while he was polite, it was clear that he lacked the product knowledge I was hoping for. 6/4/25 2pm. Nice clean place. Many bikes. Tanner gave us the run down on e- bikes. Lots of good info. He said it gets quite busy on weekends. I could see that. They work on commission, but he said don't worry about that if you need help, get who you can. Very knowledgeable. Assembly is $99 and they keep the bike for a while and test everything. A large shared parking lot, but I can see where it could get tight.

Highly recommend for a new bike! Tom S did a great job of ensuring that the bike would be setup to match my body type. He also explained the factory warranty and the extended warranty that you get for free through Erik's. Great experience and I'll be back to buy again.

Another good neighborhood company that has become "corporate". If you bring in skis that are a few years old, they make you feel like your dirt and can't afford new skis even though you were just looking for new boots or bindings. I also brought in my Hiboy electric bike to have the derailer fixed... nope, they only work on e-bike that they sell, even though it wasn't an electrical issue. I've also brought in a 2 year old Burton board that I needed a new adaptor plate for different bindings...
