Already an amazing experience and top tier customer service from owner, Ross Lapham! I sprung a last minute bike order on him with a ton of questions first and he was so patient and beyond helpful. I know even if he didn’t have the exact color preference, I would’ve gone with alternate colors just based off his incredible customer service and the fact that He’s a parent just like us, trying to keep the kids active, happy and our needs accessible and as affordable as possible. Amazing work done by these guys! I got my daily rider tuned up and a flat replaced all done same day. Communication was great, pricing is fair, and they don't try to upsale you at all. What they say it will be is what it is. She rides like a brand new bike!

I was in a bind due to being out of work for a couple months and decided I couldn't get my daughter a new bike for Christmas. I was able to fix up her old one and make it better than ever. Ross and Sam and the crew were awesome helping show me what to do for the finishing touches and walking me through the assembly process.
