I took my bike to the "big box" store up the street for 2 new tires. After suffering through a ridiculous wait, I left and headed south to try Cyclone. The guy that ran the store was great - he fixed me up with 2 new tires and even lubed my chain/gears, adjusted gears - all without me even asking and him charging me. It took him 20 minutes - I waited longer than that up the street and still got no help. I will be back for all my routine maintenance and any repairs I need. Great experience.

I can’t speak to the technical skills of the mechanics at Cyclone Cycles, but I can share my experience with their customer service—and unfortunately, it wasn’t a positive one.
