I recently purchased my Pinarello Dogma x from Danny at Epic cycles and had a great experience throughout the process. The price was fair and the service was great. I really like supporting bike shop and would recommend Danny at Epic Cycles to my friends and family.

I purchased a Specialized Turbo Levo 4 from them online on the 19th of January 2026(Monday). Process was smooth, no complaints there. The website said the bike should be ready in 2-4 days, I had no contact again from them until I sent an email on the 27th of January. I was informed the bike would be shipping that day, no big deal. I have had an excellent experience with epic cycles. I was randomly at the property viewing through the windows, a bike that I had been looking for. It was on a Monday appointment only day and the owner had stopped by and was gracious enough to invite me in find out what I was looking for, and we had a sale on the spot. I ordered a Specialized Levo Tuesday and Epic had it assembled, charged and ready to go by Thursday morning. Danny also had the mechanic install some pedals for me. I rode the bike on some demanding trails that day and did not have any issues with the assembly. Danny rides and knows the products he sells and he is friendly and helpful. You can't ask for more.
