I got my bike assembled out of the box here and it took him about 45 minutes to do it. I recommend this place 100%. I will be back to get tune ups and anything else my bike needs. They also customize bikes. And Black owned.

Do not go here. Jeffery robbed us blind. While he did fix our lawnmower. He knows his work. Got to give him that. It took him 5 minutes or less to do it. For that, he charged us $45. $20 to $30 would have been reasonable. This place is at his home. He does not he even have a storefront to justify this price. This is my opinion. Take your chances. Plus, when I called the business is not on Cullen. They could have told me that on the phone.

Hopefully my experience was a one-off; however, the only satisfaction that I have from patronizing this business (2 bike repairs) is that my son's bike was repaired. There was a complete lack of communication on his end - in the work that was completed, the timeframe it was completed in and the pricing for the repairs. I had to continually call because the timeframes he (Mr. Jeffrey/Donald) provided came and went without any update. Then when I called for the status, he seemed to be irritated...

The price was a bit more than I would've liked, BUT Mr. Jeffery was able to make a repair that the other places I called wouldn't even touch. He also picked our lawnmower up and dropped it off when it was done - a big thing when it's a riding mower. He saved us renting a truck and a trailer just to get it to and from the shop. The owner knows his business. You can trust your machine in his hands.

Jeffery's Lawnmower and Bicycle will be the only place I'll take my lawnmower from this point forward. I took my lawnmower in this morning around 10 am and it was ready by 2:30 pm. Not only are they fast, but they charge less than half of what I've been paying for the same repair. Jeffery and his employee are friendly and a pleasure to do business with. This place is highly recommended.
