Today I stopped in for a tire repair, fully expecting to have to come back another day to pick it up. However, Cat was able to do the job while I waited. In and out in just a few minutes and at a fair price. My husband and I have purchased bikes here in the past. The staff here is always knowledgeable and friendly. Northwest Cycles is our “ go to” for anything related to bikes! Thanks Cat!

I decided to go here hoping this is a good repair shop also considering the service I needes is only to tune up the gears to shift properly. My bike is new and ordered online, I explained to the lady staff from NW Cycles that it’s new and I just tested it in my neighborhood to see how it shifts and was not happy with it so I decided to mess around with it with the help of tutorial videos.
