I went in because I installed a stem on my bike to raise the handlebars, and unfortunately I ended up breaking the brake and shifter cables, the chain came off, and the shifting was completely messed up. New to the whole MTB scene so I went to PC to inquire about MTB and was greeted by Travis. He showed me a few bikes and was able to test ride 1 that I really liked. Hate to leave this review, but know prospective customers would like to know. This shop repeatedly failed! Visited. Expressed interest in a bike. No follow-up. 2nd effort. Requested an estimate for updating a classic ICE X2 as well as help coordinating the shipment to their shop for work. They did not provide the estimate even when after another follow-up. Finally, they send me their hourly bill sheet. Clearly, they never looked at the bike and all the detailed information surrounding its nee...

They got my bike ready for me to ride when I had no idea what I was doing.They also got the brakes situated. I wanted to buy something just as a thank you and they installed the water cage for the bike as well. Excellent service and very friendly.
