I would definitely recommend Scootersmith, I bought my first scooter from them about a year ago and being that I was scooter illiterate they were very helpful answering all types of questions that I had and guiding me throughout the buying process. Since then I keep going back for the scooter maintenance and to check out accessories, new scooters, etc. I would buy from them again.

We bought two scooters here and love this place. Super helpful staff that gave us quick lesson on how to operate the scooter and the differences between the scooters we were looking at. Once we purchased the scooters they were quickly delivered and again another great training session on best practices to ride. Would definitely come back for all my future scooter needs!

Big no for me. I called in hoping to check out what they had and possibly make a purchase, but was immediately met with rudeness. The guy there snapped at me saying “we don’t sell toys, we sell transportation” before I could even explain I was genuinely interested in buying. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. That attitude alone was enough to send me right off the phone. Would not recommend.

I hauled my moped all the way from southwest Houston for some winey A-hole to tell me he didn’t want to show his mechanic my “cheap Chinese scooter “ . Dude was in such a rush to get me out of there he busted his truck ramp out and sent me on my way without even trying to sell me a moped . Granted , I need new plastics BUT He didn’t see the value in me trying to get my everyday commuter running again .I was disgusted and still can’t can’t get the taste out my mouth .
