I took my cruiser bike in a couple weeks ago for the minimum tuneup. They did a fantastic job. They were very kind. They did a little extras like adjusting my seat and deep cleaning my mirror. Just amazingly good quality work. I'll be back!

We got out for a beautiful bike ride this weekend only to find that when we unloaded our bikes, we had flat tires. We looked up the closest bike shop and found Trek. Daniel greeted us and was the kindest. He got our tubes changed in less than 5 minutes and we was on our way on the trails again. I really appreciated his hospitality. Thank you Daniel. What was just another day of work for you was a great experience for us.

Gabriel was super helpful and patient with me. I felt bad he missed his lunch but still spent 2 hours with me testing out a couple bikes until finding me my dream bike on clearance from another store. Tailored the bike with accessories to my likings. Worth the 2 week wait delivery for such a great deal and customer service. Thank you !!!

Got my new Trek bike here several months ago. Still the best bike I have ever had. The purchase process was low pressure and everyone was helpful in getting the right bike for my level and budget. After the purchase the service was great too. I'll be getting my next bike here. Updated: Just had a repair and one year service. It was like getting a new bike. They really take care of their customers.
