Trek Bicycle Houston Westchase

On my recent visit to Trek Westchase, I was impressed with the products to choose from, but what made me purchase was the exceptional customer service! Their product knowledge both in bicycles and accessories was complete and I walked out fully outfitted and confident with my purchase. I've already recommended this store to others!

Both guys (one with long hair and the other with glasses - sorry I forgot their names!) were super attentive and helpful. I originally went in just to replace an inner bike tube, but they suggested I get a repair kit instead. On top of that, they kindly included a free tube and installed it for me (with a small service fee, of course). I’ll definitely be back to this location when I need anything bike-related. They were awesome!

I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received at Trek Westchase. I came in right before closing for a simple sealant-clogged valve replacement, and Brian discovered that my front brake was completely inoperable.
