I drove around Houston for about 30 minutes trying to find someone who could switch out the pedals on my electric bike with no luck. I finally stopped at Urban Bike Gallery, and I’m so glad I did. 21-Dec-25 Update: The note on the store has changed, now saying store is closed for the foreseeable future with a new email address for contact. I still haven't received any response from the store to my many previous emails. 12-Dec-25 Update: I just went to the store and at least there is a note posted saying they are tentatively re-opening on 2-Jan-26 with an email address to arrange pickup of bikes. Wes and the guys got me in and out in 20 minutes when another LBS had my bike all week without even diagnosing the problem. They knew immediately what the problem was when the other guys spent a week scratching their heads. Great service

Great customer service 🤩 came in as a walk in and they immediately greeted me and started to help me with my bike needs. I love this place so much. I'll continue to be a repeat customer for sure!
