Trek Bicycle Cottonwood Heights

I repainted my Emonda Frame up build. Reassembly proved to be more than my patience would allow. So I brought the Big J version of a Project One to Trek Cottonwood to fine tune the rebuild and get it dialed in. These guys nailed it! Rides like a new bike, AGAIN! Thanks. Riley was super helpful from the time I purchased the bike online to picking it up in store. She walked me through everything and even placed a bow on the bike since it’s a Christmas gift. The quality of Trek bikes is top notch, we have been using them for over 4 years now. I also love their trade in program they offer on their kids bikes making it easier for us to size up when they outgrew them.

Riley and service tech Jeremy (hopefully I have his name right) are extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond helping me with picking up my bike I ordered online. This was my first time buying a Trek bike — Great service and I’d highly recommend. I appreciate them!

They make sure you are fitted with the right bike or service for you, that's going to serve your needs. They're not pushy salespeople, and genuinely want to share their passion for bikes with you.

Well-run Trek store, as most Trek stores are. Service manager Jeremy is great to work with, friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable on service needs and possible improvements. Joe (master tech) does outstanding work! They service all my bikes: Moots, Lynskey, and Trek. Work done on-time, done right, and at a fair price.
