Trek Bicycle Heber City

Michael and Max were super helpful to my father in law (Heber local) and I (traveling from San Diego), when some new TLR tires weren’t seating with our TLR pumps at home. They got us set up, by using their air compressor, in no time at all. The shop is super clean and well kept, which I really appreciated too! Needless to say my father in law will be back and I will continue to swing by on my visits as well. Thanks Trek Heber!

There are so many things to love about our local Trek service. 1) They are always excited to see you. 2) Even when I come in unannounced with a potential little issue, they literally drop everything, put the bike on the stand and take a quick look. Great bike shop. I had an issue with a bike that was very difficult to figure out. It took multiple attempts to get it right. They only charged me for the initial visit and parts. There were a couple visits after that as well as additional parts that were needed to make it right. When I went to pick up the bike I was expecting a charge, but they brought it out and said "This one's on us." Good people running that shop.

We stopped in not knowing anything about hitch bike racks and we needed one that could carry our e-bikes. They told their time to explain the features and differences in the different racks. They answered our questions with no pressure. When we decided which one we wanted to purchase, they assembled it and helped us install the rack on our truck. Thank you for the help and for making this such a good experience.
