Staff is very knowledgeable. Jamie, the owner, has personally ridden the bikes and knows everything about them. She spent as much time as needed to answer questions, explain the bikes and help buyer determine which bike is best for them. Great store!

We purchased our bikes last May. Most everything went very well. The only problem was that the wrong bike was ordered for me. I wanted the over the top bike, but got the pass through bike. She argued with me that I had ordered the pass through Basalt. I knew I hadn't, so she pulled up on the computer, and I was correct. She just ordered the wrong bike. Being up from St. George, I either could take an old floor model, or the new pass through bike. I took the new one. I wasn't happy at all, but...

The staff were professional and above all knowledgeable! They know what to look for in an e-bike based on your particular needs. Sure you can buy a bike online and good luck putting it together.
