Great customer service! The shop was going to be closed, but they changed their plans to meet with us and helped us buy bikes. They fitted us with helmets, assembled a rack for our truck, and provided everything we needed to have a fun time for the weekend. They really went out of their way to be helpful and get us all set up. We LOVE the bikes, they run great with no issues. Highly recommend this shop.

It was an excellent experience. The bike I wanted and ordered was sold and they quickly ordered me another one. I had interaction, both email and phone and all of it was pleasant and cordial. Picked up two bikes today from Adam and everything went smoothly . Came home, got them synced to our phones and once it warms up, we will try them out.

Had an exceptional experience working with Wasatch E-bikes. I bought a bike for my wife for Christmas and the shop owner personally answered as many questions as I could possibly think of and was very helpful. The pricing was incredibly fair and they were always very responsive to me and my wife. Would absolutely recommend for anybody in the market.
