Highly recommend visiting the young powersports in pleasant view and meeting with Steven shipp. He was able to get me a good deal on this brand new papio and also made the whole experience great, I didn’t feel pressured or nervous to buy the bike. I just bought a new Kawasaki Ridge crew from these guys and they were great on price with no haggling and overall a good experience. Had an issue with a service (inspection) appointment but they ended up resolving it to my complete satisfaction.

Bought this DRZ400 brand new in 2022. I haven’t posted any feedback on that experience before. When the bike was new I had numerous speedometer issues. I’d give zero stars if I could. My bike was totaled, and I’ve been going back and forth with them for almost two months just trying to get a service contract refunded. Communication has been a nightmare. They ignored my calls, promised callbacks that never happened, and gave me the runaround the entire time.
