I brought my dad’s bike in for a simple tune-up and tire/tube replacement, and it came back with completely spongy brakes that required pulling the levers almost to the handlebars just to stop. The brakes were perfectly fine before service. When I called, I was told it would cost more money to “fix” it because they “didn’t touch the brakes,” even though the wheels had been removed to change the tires and tubes. Update: they no longer service Super Z73 to replace the tire tube. Overall great staff with many options for your biking needs.

Purchased a new bike there about a week ago. Charlotte was extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured and she answered all my questions. I will be back!
