Brought my bike to the shop, and they did let me know upfront that they were a few months behind on repairs. While the wait was long, I was willing to be patient. However, when I went to pick up my bike, the battery and second controller did not come back with it. When I asked about the missing parts, staff told me they did not know where they were. I cannot recommend this place enough. Was very sad after having my bike stolen and needed to buy a replacement. They were amazing and so kind. The bike was marked down really inexpensive and works great. Staff was so friendly and helped install all the accessories I bought too. Very knowledgeable and kind, even giving a free tune up in a month to make sure everything is set to go after a little break in period. Go visit the kind folks at Archers!
