these guys...are thee absolute best! their patience alone, with me. earns them a million stars. I'm bad with names, but the guy with the ponytail...is just a stud! he's just so....zen! I feel so welcomed...and they'll answer any, and all of my questions. (at times...I have alot!) I cannot recommend this place, enough! the second you walk in, and your noticed. you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. it's my.... go to cycling shop...hands down! ☺️.

Excellent store and excellent service! I bought a Specialized Diverge 4, plus a few accessories, and Chad was super helpful throughout the whole process.

Today I brought in my Stumpjumper with GX T-type drivetrain thinking I had a bent derailleur after it gave me grief on a ride yesterday with poor shifting and grinding gears. Two Bicycle Center staff looked at it and said not only was the arm bent but that the whole derailleur body looked bent and would need replacing—the part costing $440 alone. I asked if they could at least try bending the arm back into alignment, to which they said no because it would weaken the system too much. I asked i...
