Took my dad's old bike here to get a full service and Alan the mechanic did such an excellent job bringing it back to life. The bike rides smooth, looks great, and I'm so happy to have it back in working condition. Top marks for Cottonwood Cyclery

Had a great experience with this entire team. What I was asking was not easy, but they were intent on making sure they exhausted every option to figure it out for me. And they did. I’m super happy with my new mtb drive train. Brit and the entire team were great. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Cottonwood Cyclery is an incredibly amazing place to get your Skateboard, gear and wheels! The owner, Allen and his entire staff member Jay and othes made us feel welcome and they have an incredible inventory to choose from. What a great place! We drove from Draper and are customers for life. Thank you Cottonwood Cyclery!

I had such a great experience working with Jeff and Alan to find a bike for my son! When I first reached out, I mentioned that I was pretty clueless about mountain bikes and was hoping for a little help. Jeff was super patient and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. He made it easy for me to find the perfect bike for my son, who’s just starting out. We didn’t want to go overboard on price, and they were really understanding of that while suggesting some fantastic beg...

Repair was good but they didn't properly tune the rear derailer and it ended up getting sucked into the spokes, breaking several of them, while riding. And in a desperate attempt to get the wheel moving I broke the derailer to push it home. In hindsight it was probably my fault for twisting the shifter too far. But they do some good repairs just be smart with your bike.
