James in service saved my husbands (Jeremie) butt big time! He couldn’t get one of my pedals off so he tucked tail and took it into the best bike shop in Utah!!! James took care of the issue in 2 minutes. My husband learned his lesson and will just take my bike into the shop from now on. Thank you very much James!!!

Mike and Chuck were extremely helpful to our needs for specific Specialized bicycles. After checking in with 4 or 5 bike shops, we chose to deal with Hangar 15 in Millcreek, even though they were 1 1/2 hours away, because they were by far the most knowledgeable and helpful and were quickly able to get us set up with the bikes we wanted. My husband and I have been going to the Hangar 15 shop managed by Mike for over 10 years. They always have amazing service and quality. Mike is an expert at bike fitting! Most recently, my bike was having problems shifting - and I thought it needed a tune. It's spring and the shop is very busy- so the lead time for a tune was longer than I wanted to be without my bike! I went in for a fitting with Mike. I’m new to biking and Mike was extremely patient teaching me the basics of biking. The bike fits great and I’m excited to have a bike shop I trust to service my bike in the future.

These guys are fantastic. Their customer service is top notch. I couldn't be more pleased with how accommodating they were to receive a bike shipment, assemble it in record time, hold onto the case during a weekend event, and then disassemble and ship the bike back for me. We'll definitely return.
