I bought an e-bike for my mom for Christmas through the shop. She was so excited and can’t wait to use it. The manager Steve was so nice! He went out of his way to help me find the perfect bike and accessories. He even helped us surprise her with it on Christmas Eve and then shipped it to her all the way to Massachusetts.

I bought a used Stacyc e-bike for my son’s birthday. He was initially so excited about it, but unfortunately there motor started smoking quickly after its first use. I called three team at Hyland Cyclery who said they’d work to fix there issue. Not only did they resolve there issue by replacing three motor, but they also upgraded it at no extra cost. I originally called about my bike and seeing if it was ready (first nice bike purchase made). Jen was wonderful on the phone. I ended up working with her and another fella the following day. They were great about helping me get what I needed and understand what’s on my bike. They offered to help put my car bike rack on, though I insisted I’d do it they checked up on me and then I actually needed help with one part. Jen was on it and helped me out.
