We had a great experience with them both with our online order and in-shop pickup. We ordered a Jibe Fully online for our new NICA Junior Devo riding daughter and they went through torque specs and tips on assembling the bike from a frameset, as well as careful packaging of our frame and accessories. Sweet bikes and sweet staff - can’t go wrong. Well-supplied shop offering rentals, demos of their custom bikes, and excellent service. I was in town and had a free afternoon. Demo’d their Doromichi gravel bike and had a blast on the Jordan River Trail. Will definitely stop in to check out their other bikes next time!

I had an EXCELLENT experience! I needed a new wheel etc. (due to damage from a collision) and Austin took phenomenal care of me and my bike. Thanks to the service I got here, Jibe will definitely be my new bike shop for any future cycling needs!
