If you are even THINKING about an E-Bike - go see Andy at the Brickyard location. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes last month and the customer service we received was 10/10! He took time to evaluate which bikes would be the best for us and then taught us everything we needed to know about the bikes. We love the bikes, and highly recommend a visit to the Brickyard store to meet Andy!
