I worked with Chloe to get a rental electric mountain bike. It was NEW BIKE!! I've rented many from other places that have been beat up but not a new one. it was a nice bike, hard tail, rear hub drive. I think it is better as a trail bike. I rode the RioGrande train trail, it was so nice. the Throttle is good for a break of the legs and butt. Great Bikes Great Staff Great Store - Chloe was awesome the other day when we dropped our bikes off for tune ups, very helpful, cheery, and her customer service was AWESOME! These bikes have added so much to my overall health they are so fun to ride keeping me and wife wife very active. We have purchased 6 bikes over the last 3 years so the entire family can ride together. Cant say enough good things about a really great local E-Bike Company. We wouldn't shop anywhere else :)

Purchased 2 Magnum Peak T5 bikes and the Chain falls off every time I ride on max boost. Taken the bike in multiple times and I’m told I bought a bike with cheap parts. Only fix is to pay 300 plus more dollars to upgrade parts so my chain won’t fall off. I will never buy another bike from these guys! I get it’s not a 4000.00 bike. But the chain shouldn’t fall off.
