I have nothing but praise and respect for the best bike shop in SLC. Communication, attention to detail and going above and beyond every single time is just a start. The staff are so personable and knowledgeable, I was truly blown away. E-bike or not, there’s nowhere else I’m taking my ride. An actual LOCAL bike shop that made my experience unforgettable!

Wow! Love this place. Super cool & friendly. We live outside the city, 30 minutes away .. but it is 💯 worth the drive into SLC to skip the more corporate places and experience this bike shop. I promise, you will not regret choosing this place. Even the way the front of the store looks is so full of personality. The pricing and service is better too. Can't think of anything i dont like about it. Rentals are killer and the new bike inventory is awesome too.

The absolute best ebike shop in all of Salt Lake City. Never had bad experience with either their service or with the employees, and actually the employees are some of the most wonderful people Ive ever met. The few times that Ive had an issue with my bike after picking it back up from them have been slightly annoying, but they always take it back to fix it again for free and Ive never needed to return a third time in a row. Outstanding customer service!! The girls there know their stuff! Put their heart and soul into it to make sure your bike is back on the road and mountains!! A very wide selection of inventory and services as well as great rental prices! I highly recommend you visit this small shop if you want sincere service!

Disappointing service, I brought my bike in for a simple tube replacement. They told me it would be done either tomorrow or in two days. At the end of the week after hearing nothing I call the store to see if it's ready for pickup and they haven't even looked at it yet. I can't speak to the quality of the work because I went and picked it up to get it serviced by another shop. Clear communication on how long it would take would have been much better.
