The bike stopped working with normal use after 8 months with an error. We have to purchase a $150 part in the hopes that it fixes the problem, with no guarantee and no returns. And the part isn't in stock that we need and they have no idea when it will be in stock. Happy to have an expensive hunk of metal that doesn't work in my garage!

Got to stop in to the Rad Power Bikes shop this afternoon. I got a flat on my RadCity 4 and it was beyond my abilities to repair. I popped in without an appointment and they had it fixed in less than 20 minutes! While I waited, I got to scope out all the accessories, met a couple of delightful staff members and even learned about a killer sale that nearly had me cleaning out my bank account on the spot! They took such good care of me at RAD! I’m on the search for an e-bike that’s right for me and had signed up for a city tour and ended up being the only one that showed up. Katy and Nick were so fun and knowledgeable, let me trial any bike I wanted, kept me safe on the tour and even provided healthy snacks at the half way point. Such an enjoyable afternoon……I will definitely be back to purchase a bike!

Great customer service, bought my first e bike today and Alex gave me great suggestions and helped a bunch. If your a U of U student definitely go and show them ur U ID for great discounts. Had a great experience with them!
