I really do not have enough good things to say about the entire staff at this location. Any time I’ve ever come in with a question I get nothing but friendly and helpful advice. The guys are always excited to talk about bikes, educate on components, and lend a helping hand. There’s never any uncomfortable pressure to buy something you don’t want/need, and when time permits they’re even willing to show you how to do something yourself. Don’t hesitate to stop in here.

There are a lot of great bicycles and really great shops. This shop offer incredible customer service and fun environment. Took my MTB for a spa treatment. Thanks fellas. Big J. (Favorite P.I.T.A)

Took my gravel bike in to be repaired/serviced and this crew took seriously good care of me. My bike is riding better than ever and I have this shop to thank. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Best bike shop in SLC hands down. They do a great job with service and everyone has been great to me. They work on all brands and they will service your bike within a day or give you a loaner! My only regret is not purchasing my last Trek here.

I needed an emergency fix (not a basic one either) on a Sunday and Trek SLC came through! I highly recommend this shop! My expectations for a same day (and same time!) fix were low, but Luke (mechanic) immediately started taking apart the crank and got everything working properly again. 10/10 experience and service. Thank you Luke and Grant!
