I've been going to this place for years. Previous rating was five stars. I won't be returning. A while ago they changed mechanics. Went in about 6 months ago to get my solid tires changed. It took like 3 weeks where the old mech took typically 2 or 3 days. It cost more than twice as much as the old mechanic used to charge. I'd have my own solid tires from Amazon and it was like 70 bucks with the old mech. Two tires changed this time around cost me 250 bucks. I had to buy tires from this guy. ...

Brought two scooters in to have main handle looseness fixed. Repair was performed, but the handles became loose again with a week or two. Called in, they apologizes and told me to bring them back in and they will be sure they get properly fixed at no additional charge. I brought them back in towards the end of October. I would call intermittently to check on their status. Most of the time my voicemails were not returned. A couple times they told me they need more time. After a few more...

5:26pm, well before listed close time, call was forwarded to a voicemail system not even set up. Not exactly the best way to do business if you can't contact the business.

Came in to buy a complete scooter for my teen and the two working tonight, SAM & JACK, were both very knowledgeable and kind to me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great Price!
