I recently purchased an older Yamaha Raider that needed a little TLC and Factory Powersports helped me get there to maks sure that the bike was safe and road worthy. John the Service Manager was very accommodating to get the bike in as soon as possible. Very respectful and you could tell he enjoys his job. My family and I went in to purchase some four wheelers and bikes, and we we're very satisfied with our experience. Bill Wolf is our go-to guy for anything bikes and Keith Thompson is a solid guy for side by sides and four wheelers. After we bought our toys we went in for gear too and haley helped us pick out stuff for our needs. Overall super content and happy will be back, thanks yall

We had a very disappointing experience with this shop. Our technician diagnosed that the ECM needed to be replaced. Based on that diagnosis, we purchased the ECM from this shop and their service department installed it. Shortly after installation, it became clear that the unit was not functioning properly.
