I contacted them and they immediately answered my messages, they resolved my case in a matter of days and I was able to obtain my item without any problem. I ordered a stans wheel set online from these guys And they shipped it to New York for me very quickly and it was a great deal compared to anything else I saw out there at the time.. When I called to confirm they had them in stock before shipping they answered on the first ring and the guy was very helpful. Great online/brick and mortar combo shop. It was my first time buying from this business and I would do so again! They didn’t have my item in stock yet as it was back ordered but I got communication within 48 hours if I wanted to keep the delay or get another product. Customer service like that in this day and age is forgotten. In a world where consumers have choices, that level of integrity and transparency is forgotten. No other big bike company would’ve taken the time to reach out to me first. Keep doing great business!

Great customer service! When I ordered my husband a Dropper Seatpost for a gift and purchased the wrong size they were quick to offer me an exchange even though the error was on my part and it had been over a month since my purchase. He has his new seatpost and loves it! Couldn't have had a better experience.
