While I didn't buy from them directly, another cyc dealer went through them to get me a x1 pro gen 4 and the kit was exactly as I specified and has made my bike an absolute beast paired with a 72v battery. Thanks again guys

I have had the most helpful and dedicated customer service here. Aaron specifically has worked so hard to help me through multiple troubleshooting and warranty issues that weren't always what they seemed. When I had a controller failure he went above and beyond helping me get it resolved and even sent me a refurbished controller for free when mine was out of warranty. Unfortunately, I was forced to leave this review to get the appropriate attention to my problems. Adam is awesome! I've owned about 4 bikes and getting to know them is super crucial to making a good decision. I really like how Electrify Bike Co has demo drives frequently so you really can get out there and see if you like the bike. Five stars all the way.
