Laketown Bicycles

Great little shop right off the Jordan River trail and Redwood. I came in to get new shifter cables on my road bike, it was ready in less than a week and very fair prices. He even went on to explain to me what work he did and other potential issues I could have with my bike. Now my bike is shifting better than ever and ready to ride for the year.

Lake Town Bicycles is hands down one of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to. The owner is incredibly skillful and clearly passionate about what he does. He takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure everything is done correctly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and getting them back on the trail with confidence. Super helpful, honest, and just an all-around great guy. Highly recommended!

New customer here! I was going to another shop for years and left dissatisfied 50% of the time (I’m a loyal guy). I decided to try somewhere else and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the work better, he was cheaper. They’ve got a loyal costumer for the some time to come. Just in time to get the kids new bikes!

Awesome shop and mechanic- went to seven different shops (motor sports and bike shops) for a fairly standard brake repair and lake town was the only shop I found that was willing and able to do it. Got it done in less than a day, charged a very reasonable price and work was impeccable. They went above and beyond to call and recommend a brake pad change. Very happy with this shop and the service- I will be returning.

I wanted to get into mountain biking, so I bought a used bike and brought it here for a tune up. The owner was super friendly and taught me a few things about my own bike. He did a great job fixing the thing up for a reasonable price. Turnover time was pretty fast as well and i was able to pick up my bike in just a few days.
