Michelle is absolutely wonderful with getting kids ready to own their first Trek and her passion for biking is obvious the moment you start to speak with her. Had a really good experience with team here. I was actually buying a used bike online, but was trying to figure out how to get it put together and get all the accessories I would need. The team was super helpful and got it assembled promptly then helped me figure out the stuff I would need to get started. I'll definitely be servicing my bike here for years to come.

Great bike shop with amazing service. I recently moved to Huntsville and needed my bike tuned. They were fast, very professional, and reasonably priced. They even called me when my bike was ready to explain the service my bike had needed. I picked it up and immediately took it out for a ride.

It's never about the 'upsell', they are always genuinely helpful. Frankly, the servicing visits for my Electra e-bike have been cheaper than I expected!
