The professionalism started as soon as we walked in the door. The tech helped me unload the bike, and held the door open for me. They accurately wrote down everything I wanted done. They were courteous, friendly, and happy to have my business. On the same day as dropoff, they had a proposed solution - reasonably priced, and spot on. Their repair service was timely, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend this shop for your bike repair needs !

I brought my sons bike that was overdue for maintenance and dropped it off on Wednesday. Jarrod was great in telling us that he would go over the whole bike and assess what needed to be done. He was prompt in texting me and resolving all issues with the bike. Great service and very knowledgeable techs! I recommend them highly!

Scott is a great customer service Rep. My family has been to the bike shop 4-5 times over the last few months and we have purchased 2 bikes. A Specialized Mountain Bike and a Haul E-Bike. Both bikes are great, we love them both. We also love the customer service. All the guys in the shop are super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The shop also has a layaway plan if you need one to purchase a bike. This would be so helpful if needed. Especially for Christmas Purchases later this year. So SHO...

I recently stopped to get a new saddle and tune up for my 7 year old bike. They completed the work the same day and it rides like a brand new bike! The service was great! The staff was all knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. I highly recommend this shop!
