Roger and his staff have been exceptional in my experience with bike repairs. Recently, my wife encountered an issue with her e-bike. Her bike refused to start and could not connect with her phone. Had a bike fit with Eddie O’Dea at Bob’s Bikes, and it made a big difference. So far, the bike feels great — much more comfortable and more fun to ride. I’ve also noticed an increase in my average speed. Eddie was knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend if you’re looking to improve your ride.

I broke my Boa lace system on my bike shoe and the kind bike mechanic provided me with their warranty information rather than selling me a new shoe when the shoe is perfectly fine. I received my new lace under warranty and swapped it out myself. I am now a forever customer! The other local bike store told me I needed a whole new shoe. 😒
